Biography

Elizabeth Coore is estimated as born about 1740 in Virginia Colony.

She was unmarried In 1752 when her father died.

She married _ Pender.

Elizabeth was named in the will of her brother Thomas in 1794 as "Friend Elizabeth Pender".

On 1 January 1 1803, the executors of her brother's estate made a distribution of "the land belonging to the daughters of the Sd Dec'd."

Her sons Harfrey C Pender and Jonathan C Pender were mentioned in the will of her nephew Fleet Coor in 1807, given $25 apiece.

Elizabeth Pender wrote her will on 10 July 1808. It was probated in May 1815 in 1808 in Wayne County, North Carolina, United States. The will lists sons: "Humphrey" and Jonathan; Daughter: Sally; Executors: William Coor and Harphrey Coorpender; Witnesses: John Sasser and Pearsy Howell.[1]
