Biography

Charles Cornforth, the son of John Parkes Cornforth and Rosanna Yarwood was born on 7 Jan 1835 in Birmingham. He was baptised on 30 Sep 1837 at St. Martins Church, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. Charles' date of birth is given in the baptism register.

His family moved to Halifax in Yorkshire and then to Manchester, Lancashire.

Charles married Sarah Poole on 18 June 1861 at St. John the Baptist Church, Halifax, Yorkshire.

Charles died in 1900 in Manchester, Lancashire.
