Marie Celina Corriveau was born on 1 Nov 1839 and was baptized the next day in Saint-Vallier parish in Bellechasse, Bas-Canada. She was the daughter of Jean Baptiste Corriveau, farmer, and Perpétue Saint Pierre. Sponsors for Marie Celina's baptism were François Xavier Corriveau and (his wife?) Adelaide Harpe; neither sponsor signed the register.
