Biography

Joseph Sylvanus Cottle was born on 6 Oct 1856 in Bastrop, Bastrop, Texas, United States, son of Zebulon Pike Cottle (1825–1902) and Lydia Dancer (1831–1893). [1]

Joseph (21) married Martha Eutella Hewatt (20) (born on 10 Jun 1857 in Macon, Bibb, Georgia, United States) on 14 Nov 1877 in Bastrop. [2] Their children were:
