Thomas was born the 30th of April, 1730 in either Brookline, Massachusetts.^[1] or Pomfret, Conneticut^[2] He passed away in Hartland, Vermont in 1808.^[2]

Secondary Sources

Thomas is claimed to have served as private under Leutenant Colonel Israil Putman of Conneticut^[3][4] and Captain Caleb Clark^[5] in the 11th Connecticut Regiment; he is believed to have fought in the Battle of Lexington.^[4]
