Biography

George was born in 1883. He was the son of James and Margaret Courtney.

Birth Cert No. 3550 George was a catholic.

He married Lillian Seabright. They had 10 children who survived birth, and 2 sets of twins who did not survive at birth.

George was a bushman and drove teams of horses in the bush, then a farmer in the Aratora Valley, and later in life shifted to Cambridge, NZ.

He passed away in 1961.[1]
