Biography

Eleanor Coward was born in about 1794 in Kingston Pembroke, Dorset, England and married John Chamberlain on 29 Apr 1815 at Stinsford, Dorset.

In 1841, she was living with her husband, and children - Robert, age 25, Joseph Chamberlain 23, Susan Chamberlain 20, John Chamberlain, 16, Elizabeth Chamberlain 10 and Edward Chamberlain 5.

Eleanor was living with her husband and a granddaughter in the 1861 census.
