William was born about 1889.

William's marriage to Edith Rose Damm was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1911 in the W. Ham district.[1]

William died on 24 March 1933 and his estate passed probate on 7 July 1933 in London, England. His beneficiary was his wife, Edith Rose Cowen.[2]
