Arthur Earl Cox was born on Nov 26, 1926. He was the son of Unknown Cox and Unknown Mother. Arthur married Jacquelyn Rubena Herrington in 1952. He passed away on Dec 11, 1999 and was laid to rest in Houston National Cemetery in Houston Texas.[1]
