Biography

Arthur Cox is one of twins.

Arthur was born on January 19, 1875.^[1] He was the son of James Cox and Harriet Rule. His twin brother, Oscar Cox passed away just before their second birthday on January 10, 1877.^[2]

He passed away on October 21, 1953.^[1]
