Biography
Janet was born in 1746, baptism registered as Jannet. Unsure Janet is linked to the correct spouse, link was in place when building her profile. Checking in Family Search I was unable to find a marriage record, and some results there indicated she was born in New Monkland, Lanarkshire, 1742. However the names of their children suggest that this James may be correct, it needs more research.
