Perry was born about 1819. He married Maria Susetta Hollister and their family lived in Wisconsin, United States.[1]
He "went to Wisconsin in 1841; is a farmer, and resides in Vernon, Wis., where all their children were born, except the first, who was born in Mukwonago, Wis."
