Sarah was born in 1797 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England. After her marriage she moved to the village of Shearsby and worked there as a framework knitter.

Sarah married William Limber on 26 December 1822 in Shearsby, Leicestershire ^[1][2].

In the 1851 census Sarah (age 54), frame work knitter, was the wife of William Limber on Church Street, Shearsby ^[3][4].
