James Crick was born in Tennessee.

James A. was born 27 November 1854 (date inscribed on tombstone) in Tennessee, United States. He was the son of James G. Crick and Rebecca Mangrum.

James married Elizabeth Young on 8 June 1873 in Christian County, Kentucky.[1]

James A. Crick, age 54, died 18 April 1909, and was buried at Coles Chapel Cemetery, Christian County, Kentucky, United States.[2]
