Barney Croom is a part of US Black heritage.

Barney was born before 1866.

Barney shows up on a list of slaves who were enslaved at Goodwood sometime between 1832-1865.[1] It is not known when he was actually there or who his enslavers were. Croom is being used as his LNAB temporarily until his actual name can be determined.
