Thomas was born in 1935[1] to Arthur Theodore Crosby and Mary McTigue.[2] He lived with his parents in Phelps, Ontario, New York.[3] In 1956, Thomas married Donna Breen.[4] Their children were:

- 2. Patrick Crosby 23 Mar 1964
Thomas diend in 2006[5] and is buried in Sand Hill Cemetery, Seneca, Ontario County, New York.[6]
