In 1860 James (age about 61) was living in Dalton, Whitfield, Georgia, USA.[3]

In the 1860 non-population census James (age about 61) was living in Dalton, Whitfield, Georgia, USA.[4]

When James was 62 he married on 7 December 1860 in Whitfield, Georgia, USA.[5][6]

On 5 July 1867 James (age 68) was living in Whitfield, Georgia, USA.[7]

In 1870 James (age about 71) was living in Militia District 872, Whitfield, Georgia, USA.[8]

James was buried after 3 March 1881 in Dalton, Whitfield County, Georgia, USA.[9]

The repaired* grave marker for James Crow-2180 and James Crow-1239 (Find a Grave Memorial# 41515890) gives his correct birth date as Sep. 11, 1798 (not 11 Sep 1787).

James Crow and his brother, Thomas Crow, grave markers were both repaired by their family members, Andrew Volney "Buster" Crow (Find A Grave Memorial# 46081357) and Buster's son, Kenneth Crow.
