Biography

Barbara, daughter of James Cruickshank & Bella Robertson, was born on 23 May 1891 in Abernethy & Kincardine, Inverness, Scotland.^[1][2]

In the 1901 census Barbara (age 10), Scholar, was the daughter of James Cruickshank in Leafield Cottage No 1, Abernethy and Kincardine, Inverness.^[3]

Barbara married Frederick Stephen on 19 September 1918 at Tomatin, Inverness-shire, Scotland.^[2]

Barbara arrived on 4 February 1940 in Fremantle, Western Australia, having departed from Genoa, Italy with her son Ninian Martin Stephen.^[4]

She died on 31 December 1993. ^[5]
