The marriage was celebrated last night at St. Clement's Church, Mosman, by Rev. C. T. Yorrington, of Una, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Pike, of Bradley's Head-road, Mosman, to James S. Cudmore, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. K. Cudmore, of Vaucluse. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of silver tissue and lace, veiled with embossed georgette, and caught at the side with a silver tissue rose. An ivory tulle train was held on the shoulders by silver rosebuds and finished with tulle roses at the end. Her tulle veil was held in place with a wreath of orange buds. She carried a shower bouquet of lilac and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaids, Miss Nea Pike, Miss Cudmore, Miss E. Irons, Miss Rita Pike, and Miss Brenda Pike, were dressed alike in sleeveless shell pink georgotte frocks trimmed with Mechlin lace. The frocks had apron fronts trimmed with lace, and the waists were finished with posies of shaded pansies. They carried posies of lilac and roses, and the two small bridesmaids, Misses Rita and Brenda Pike, carried silver baskets of pink and mauve lilac. Mr. M. Cudmore as best man, and Mr. Fairfax Brown and Mr. G. Pike were grooms men. The reception was afterwards held at the residence of the bride's parents. The bride's travelling frock was of cinnamon morocain (showing touches of hand-darning), with a cape of brown and mastic, and a hat to tone.
