Duncan was born in 1849 in Georgia to Duncan Curry Sr and wife, Mary J.[1] He married Sarah Olive Maxwell on 09 Oct 1878 in Decatur County, Georgia.[2] Whn he passed away in 1934, When he passed away, he was buried in the Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, Georgia. He lie next to his wife and daughter.[3]
