Biography

Simeon Cutler was born in 1749. He was the son of Jonathan Cutler. (Nathaniel, Nathaniel, John) ^[1]

His was first named Simon, but having a cousin within two miles of the same name his was change to Simeon.^[1]

Simeon lived with his mother on the farm until he reached majority.^[1]

He married Elizabeth (Rockwood) Cutler in about 1771.^[1]

He was in the business of farming and inn-keeping.^[1]

He was a Colonel during the Revolutionary War.^[1]

He died 13 Jul 1799.^[2] He is buried in Central Burying Ground, Hollister.^[3]
