Biography
Catherine was born in 1840. [1][2] She was a daughter of George Dalgarno (abt.1765-bef.1850) and Margaret (Cumming) Scott (1811-1899) [3]
In 1841 the 10 month old Catherine is living at Quartalehouse in the parish of New Deer with her parents, four siblings and half sister Ann Delgarno (1802-1866). [4]
In 1851 Catherine is staying with her half sister Ann Delgarno (1802-1866) in Stuartfield, New Deer. [5]
Catherine married Alexander Cruickshank at Old Deer on 20 Nov 1862 [6] The couple's first child Alexander Cruickshank (1862-1929) was born the same day.
She died in 1909 [7]
