Hylkje was born in 1908. She is the daughter of Hendrik Klazes Dam and Fetje Martjes Scholte. She first married Simon Kamminga , they had five children, sons Gosse and Hendrik (Henk) and daughters Maaike, Fetje and Sietske. Hylkje passed away in 2002.
Marriage
Zij is getrouwd met Simon Gosses Kamminga op 22 februari 1930 te Surhuizum, zij was toen 21 jaar oud.[1]
Maternal relationship is confirmed by a triangulated group on myHeritage consisting of Remko Stift, Kerkhoven and Kamminga, who share a 7,4 cM segment on chromosome 10 and a 10,6 cM segment on chromosome 11. The most-recent common ancestors shared by all three are Pier (Hemkes) Bijstra and Martsen (Andries) Scholte.
