Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1829 to Joseph Dana (1769-1849) and Anna (Lyons) Dana (1795-1857). She married George Adams in 1852 in Warren Co., Ohio. They were the parents of at least nine children, including:

- Lucy Dana Adams - 1855–Deceased
- Elizabeth Dana Adams - 1857–1907
- Grace Harding Adams - 1860–1912
- George Dana Adams - 1863–1939
- Mabel Louise Adams - 1865–1952
- Francis Howard Adams - 1866–1883
- Helen R. Adams - 1868–Deceased
- Henry Stiles Adams - 1871–1940
