Charlotte was baptized 23 Aug 1860 in Wesleyan Methodist, Trafalgar, Halton Co. Ontario, Canada. Chrles doted on his darling daughter, Charlotte had her dad wrapped right around her finger. Charlotte was one of twelve children as follows:

On 04 Oct 1866 , in Buffalo, New York Charlotte married the man of her dreams: Elbert Sumner Vose-(1845-1912), son of Othniel Sumner Vose and wife Amanda Hocum.

Charlotte had a beautiful marriage and family life, a life she did not have with her parents separating.. The couple started growing their family. They had five beautiful children as follows:
