George's marriage to Edith P D Cambie was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1937 in the Chelsea district.[2]
George died on 17 September 1944 in At Sea.
Died when RAF 525 Squadron’s Vickers Warwick III (#BV 247) aircraft exploded in mid-air and crashed into Watergate Bay. The plane had 14 crew and 11 passengers bound for various points in Europe and beyond, as well as money (bills and gold) to finance European underground groups.
