Eunice was born in Massachusetts in 1734. Her parents were John Day II and Abigail Bagg. In 1758, Eunice married Benjamin Eastman. Benjamin died in 1792 and Eunice followed him in death in 1807. They are buried together in West Street Cemetery in Granby, Massachusetts.
