Biography
Baldwin de Vere was the son of Robert de Vere of Addington of Twywell and Elena Unknown (widow in 1251). He was a minor when his father died c. 1250 at Mansoura, and was the ward of Gilbert de Segrave. He m. Margaret de Segrave, succ. by his son Robert de Vere, MP.
