La Batte-4 and De la Batte-7 appear to represent the same person because: Same data (name, spouse, child etc.)

Question to be considered: do we follow Graham in his spelling Labat (nearest to what we will possibly get as far as primary sources go - Burgher Rolls etc. -) or do we go with de la Batte as far as profile protection is concerned.
