Biography

Alfred John Deadmarsh was born on 5 July 1910 in Epsom, Surrey, England, United Kingdom, son of Alfred John Thomas Deadmarsh (1882–1961) and Daisy Constance Jolliffe (1885–1978).[1]

In 1911, Alfred (0) was a son in the household of Alfred Deadmarsh (28) in Epsom registration district in Surrey, England. [2]

Alfred married Joyce Marion Richards on 12 April 1941 in New Zealand.[3]

Alfred served in the 2nd Divisional Artillery of the New Zealand Army during World War II. He was living in 43 Braddon St, Addington, Christchurch when he enlisted.[4]
