Biography
Henry was born before 1685. He was one of the younger sons and probably the last son of Anthony Deane and Christian Lyons. Dr. John Bevan indicates that Sir Antony had eight children with a second wife, but does not say whether or not some of these children were adopted from a previous marriage of Christian Lyons. If one assumes that Christian Lyons Deane had a total of eight children and no more, Dr. Bevan must have included in his count, Christian's children born during her first marriage, and Henry must have been the last child with Sir Anthony.
