Elizabeth Decker was born 1778 in Ulster County, New York, United States. She was baptized on November 12, 1778 at the Reformed Dutch Church in Shawangunk, Ulster County, New York. She is the daughter of Cornelis Decker and Elizabeth Decker.^[1][2]
