Mary was born in 1919. She was the daughter of Michael Deibler and Susan M. (Cottrell) Deibler.

Mary married Wilson Olmstead in 1944. Mary and Wilson had the following children.

She passed away in 2010 and was interred in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Inverness Citrus County, Florida.

Mary Olmstead, 90, of Inverness, FL, died on January 14, 2010. Mary was born in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Michael and Susan Deibler. Survivors include sons, John S. Olmstead (Leanore) and Paul L. Olmstead, daughters, Diane M. Tremsky (James deceased), Deborah A. Whipple (David) and Mary Beth Zielinski (Gary); 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren and one due in June. Visitation will be from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm Saturday at the Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness. Funeral Mass for Mrs. Olmstead will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
