Biography

"Mildred Deibler Mullen, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Mullen was born Jan. 1, 1911, in Mcalester, Okla., a daughter of the late George Harvey and Lena Myrtle Boyce Deibler. Mrs. Mullen attended Mcalester, Okla., schools, Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Mo., and Oklahoma University in Norman. Mildred lived in the state of California for a great part of her life. She is survived by her loving family; her 2 sons; her devoted daughter, Patricia L. Lewis, of Mt. Pleasant; her seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Lee Mullen, in October of 1988; and her sister, Elizabeth Kroehnke, in 1962."^[1]
