Biography

Marie Françoise was born 7 Nov 1740, she was the daughter of Pierre Denis and Françoise Chevrefil. She was baptized the next day in Boucherville, godparents were Pierre Gaultier dit St Germain and Elizabeth Paillé (signature: Elisabet Paillez). ^{[1] [2]}

On 10 Jan 1763, in Boucherville, Pierre Seguin dit Laderoute widower of Catherine Favreau married Françoise Denys daughter of Pierre Denys and Françoise Chevrefil. Witnesses included 2 of the groom's brothers, the bride's father and her uncle Gabriel Chevrefil who alone signs the register. ^[3]

Françoise Véroneau, 86 year old widow of Pierre Saiguin dit Ladéroute, died 8 Mar 1821. She was buried 2 days later in Boucherville cemetery. ^[4]
