Sarah Denison, the third child of Joanna (nee Hinckley), the second wife of George Denison, was born 7 Sep 1733. She was a descendant of John Howland of the Mayflower.[1][2][3][4] Her baptismal date was 16 Sept 1733.
Note: The location of Sarah Denison's birth and baptism may be confusing. Her birth family resided at Westerly, Rhode Island, so as was the case with her siblings she probably was born there, however during the early 1700s recordings of vital statistics did occur in nearby cross-border portions of New London County, Connecticut.
Sarah Denison married 24 Oct 1743 @ Preston, Connecticut, Capt. Ezra Kinne[1][4]. There were 10 children of this family, all born at Preston:
Sarah (Denison) Kinne died 1 March, 1792, Preston (now Griswold), Connecticut[1][1], age 58 years. Her grave is in the Kinne Cemetery, Griswold (was originally Preston), Connecticut
