Wilbur Dennis was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.

Wilbur C Dennis was born on 1 December 1918 in Menifee County, Kentucky, United States^[1], son of Taylor Clay Dennis and Flora M (Egelston) Dennis.

In the 1930 census Wilbur (age 11) was the son of Taylor C Dennis in Franklin, Warren, Ohio.^[2]

Wilbur registered for the World War II military draft on 20 June 1940.^[3]

Wilbur married Katherine Deatherage prior to the 1950 census. In the 1950 census Wilber (age 32), Trucker, was the married head of household in Middletown, Lemon Township, Butler, Ohio.^[4]

Wilbur died (age 68) on 10 December 1986 in Middletown, Butler, Ohio^[5][6] and was buried in Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum in Middletown.^[7]
