Henry Ferdinand Dent (1853 - 1936)

Henry was born in 1853 to William Dent and Sarah Sherrill. Henry apparently had wanderlust in his youth. He traveled from his home in Missouri to Montana, making the journey alone. After a few years, he came back to Missouri to marry in 1886, then moved his wife to Montana, where their two sons were born. By 1900, he moved his family to California, where he spent the rest of his life. Henry passed away in 1936 at 81 years old.
