DEPUE DENNIS, H., 47, died March 21, 1991 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He was born June 13, 1943, in Sturgis, Mich., son of Claude Dale DePue and Elma Murl (Groves) DePue.
He was a Coldwater resident for the past 20 years and during his early life he lived in Burr Oak, Michigan. He graduated from Burr Oak High School and received a bachelors degree in Business Education from Michigan State University. He was employed more than 20 years for the State of Michigan in the Department of Treasury as a property tax specialist. He also had taught business education in Portland, OR. and in Los Angeles, Calif. He attended Burr Oak United Methodist Church and was a member of the MSU Alumni Association. He enjoyed MSU sports.
Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer Dawn DePue, Sarasota, FL. and Julie Marie DePue, Coldwater, MI.; one son, Scott Dennis DePue; parents, Claude and Elma DePue, Burr Oak, MI.; four sisters, Gloria Keeslar and Claudia Wall, both of Burr Oak, Doris Edie of Findlay, OH., and Velma Theisen of Dearborn, MI.; one brother, Leland DePue of Buffalo Grove, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
