Biography

Thomas William Devereux ^[1] was born in about February 1846 in Fairlight, Sussex. ^[2][3] He married Maria Eliza Coughlan in about November 1876, their marriage was registered in Elham, Kent. ^[4] He died in about July 1904, his death was registered in Thanet, Kent. ^[5]
