Biography
Dulcie was born in 1900 in Charlton, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Henry Dew (1860-1942) and Mary Alice Foreman (1868-1939). [1]
She never married.
Dulcie passed away on 7 October 1982 in Brighton, Victoria, Australia, aged 82.[2]
She was cremated at Springvale following a service on 12 October 1982. The ashes were collected[3] and interred at the Charlton Cemetery[4].
