Biography

Domenic was born on January 14, 1912, in Colle d' Anchise, Campobasso, Molise, Italy. He was the son of John DiLuca and Antonia Baratta. He, his mother, and brothers immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1914, where they joined his father. His mother died in 1916 and his father remarried soon thereafter. Dominic married Olive Irene Woollacott on March 19, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio. They had five children during their marriage. He died on March 21, 1981, in Cleveland, Ohio, at the age of 69, and was buried in Brook Park, Ohio.
