B A was born about 1888 in Lawrence County, Kentucky to Charles L. Diamond and Winnie Catherine 'Kate' Tackett. He was a widower at age 36 when he married Dosha Berry age 24, they applied for a marriage license in Kentucky, United States on th 22nd day of Sept. 1923 and were married in West Virginia, United States on 24th day of Sept. 1923 by W. D. Walker, Minister of the Missionary Baptist Church, Wayne County, West Virginia.
