Biography

Ruby was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1903, the daughter of Orion Disbrow. Her father died when she was eight years old and her mother remarried, marrying John E. Johnson in Grand Rapids on July 5, 1913.^[1] She married Henry "Harry" Suidinski (1901-) in Grand Rapids on January 18, 1921,^[2] and they had four children together: Glenn B., Harry, Betty J. and Richard A.. They made their home in Grand Rapids, where Harry was a truck driver for a grocery store.^[3] She passed away in 1937^[4] and is buried at Fairplains Cemetery in Grand Rapids.^[5]
