Biography
Billy's biological parents were Bill Ed Dobson and Judith Elaine Kyees. Bill and Judith divorced and Judith later married Marquis Irwin. Marquis raised Billy as his own son and at some point changed Billy's last name from Dobson to Irwin [1]
