Biography

Elizabeth Tippett was enumerated at Franklin Township, Licking County, Ohio for the June 11, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1805 in Virginia. She was noted as a house keeper as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male James Tippett, female Ellen Tippett, female Martha Tippett, male Asberry Tippett, male Cumberland Tippett, female Margaret Tippett, female Sarah F Tippett and male Fenton Tippett.^[1]

Elizabeth Tippett was enumerated at Monticello Post Office, Goose Creek Township, Piatt County, Illinois for the July 18, United States Census, 1870. She was noted as born 1804-1805 in Virginia and keeping house as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male James Tippett, female Ellen Tippett, female Martha Tippett, male Tenton Tippett, male [female] Frank Tippett and male William Dickinson.^[2]
