Biography

Birth: 1646, England
Death: Aug. 18, 1733

After the arrival of Tristram Dodge Sr from the north of England near the River Tweed to Block Island, Rhode Island, in 1661, his four sons (including this son, Tristram) followed him in 1667. These sons were named as "Freemen" in July, 1670. The first settlers to Block Island were Baptist.[1]

Tristram DODGE Jr. was born in 1647 in New Shoreham, Washington County, Rhode Island. He died there 18 Aug 1733. Tristram married He married Ann Unknown in England and married Dorcas Dickens 30 Jan 1679 in New Shoreham. They had a child, Hezekiah Dodge.[3]
