Ian was born in 1922. He was the son of George Bernard Pulleyne and Helen Elizabeth Douglas.[1]
He served with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve in the 2nd World War. Service Number: 138075
Tragically he died in 1944 while flying Halifax Aircraft over Berlin Germany . He was 23 years of age.
