Biography

William was born abt. 1813 at Waltham Abbey, Essex, England[1][2][3]

On the 30th March 1834, William Dowsett, a bachelor, married Sarah Hockley, a spinster, at Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England[4].

He died aged 67 years in 1880[5] in Wandsworth, Surrey, England and was buried on the 30th October 1880 at All Saints, Wandsworth, Surrey, England[6].
