Philip Allan Dredge was born on Friday 02 February 1906 in Picton, Wollondilly Shire, New South Wales, Australia. His parents were John Frederick James Dredge (1873 - 1945) and Margaret Jane (Beahan) Dredge (1880 - 1956).
Philip had 3 siblings they were:
